The Art Shoppe opened in 2022 in the iconic old Candle Shop building as a gallery, workshop and an art and craft supply store all in one.

Our unique gallery features the artwork, jewelry, and handcrafted home décor of more than 25 local Artists. We have beautiful pottery, wood carvings, paintings, fused glass, sterling silver jewelry and more. Do not forget to visit our Christmas Room and pick out a souvenir to hang on your Christmas Tree! It is a fantastic way to remember the summer fun you had on the Saugeen Peninsula!

Wander through our retail section and find a variety of art supplies to fuel your creative side. We focus on DIY craft kits made by Women owned companies from across Canada. You can learn to embroider, needle felt a critter or macrame a plant hanger just to name a few.
In our workshop we offer a $5 daily drop-in craft all summer long for you and your young artist to enjoy together. We also feature hands-on art workshops in silver jewelry, pottery, painting and more. Do you have a group of friends that want a fun evening out? Book a private workshop with us and end your evening with pizza and drinks next door at Corbetta’s Wood Fired Pizza.

Looking for something unique for your child’s birthday party? We offer birthday party craft packages starting at $25 per participant. Our art parties can be combined with a day pass to Summer House Park to use the water park, beach and other recreational equipment. Make your party complete with lunch at the Shoreline Cafe.
