Margarethe Vanderpas is a Canadian landscape painter who draws inspiration for her award-winning work from many sources; the waters and limestone cliffs of the Bruce Peninsula and the shores of Lake Superior and Georgian Bay. She delights in discovering unique wild places on hiking or kayaking trips and capturing these landscapes/waterscapes in bold vibrant oil paintings.

Margarethe's Gallery/Studio is located just north of Lion's Head on Georgian Bay where she displays her original oil paintings, archival limited editions on canvas and paper as well as fine art cards and more.

Gallery / Studio Open:
The Gallery / Studio is open to the public during all ART IN THE GARDEN events which take place from the May long weekend until Thanksgiving. See the ART IN THE GARDEN schedule. The studio is also open by appointment year-round.
